Suffering from bloating can have a negative impact on a person's life. Don't struggle in shame and silence.

Bloating is not life threatening but you should consult your doctor if your abdomen is tender or hard to the touch and if your bloating is persistent, progressive or if you have severe bloating.


Try smaller meals. Eat several small meals throughout the day. Eat slowly, chew your food thoroughly and don't gulp.

Avoid drinking large quantities of fluids while eating.

So many people suffer from bloating in silence and it can be extremely frustrating as it is hard to pin point the cause.
